This seems to be part of the same document as the first one included here. This is page #2, and the first document is page #4. This page mentions Kisel Goldberg and Sara Gutglueck Goldberg, and, in what appears to be a new entry, the dates May 10, 1912 and January 13, 1911 opposite the name of Wladimir Wolinsk, Poland. It states that someone was shot and killed by the Nazis in 1941, and it ends with a Jacksonville address.
